ACTOR | COACH | CLOWN |
His first approach to the performance was as an entertainer, but he soon moved on to theatre, through the study and staging of Commedia dell’Arte.
He takes part in the International Workshop of Commedia dell’Arte directed by Carlo Boso, Cristiano Roccamo and Luca Cairati.
After that he attends the International Academy of Commedia dell’Arte “act the italian way”, founded by Piccolo Teatro in Milan directed by Ferruccio Soleri and Stefano De Luca and he deepens his studies of construction and use of masks in the Human Comedy with Matteo Destro.
Mirco works as Arlecchino and Pantalone in the company Teatro Vivo from Cotignola.
At the same time he keeps studying as a CLOWN through a training promoted by Vivian Gladwell and Robert McNeer in which the clown is a therapeutic and poetic-theatrical figure. In 2011 he is one of the founders of NASO NASO Social Clown in Ostuni (BR).
He collaborates from 2009 until 2014 with Manonuda Teatro with the projects “Settimo Grigolin” (theatre performance) and “Dancing Engine” (urban dance performance).
Within his activity as a coach, he offers three different programs: one to start with some basic theatre knowledge for beginners; the second, more complex and articulated, has a social connotation; the third works on the therapeutic and poetic-theatrical figure of the CLOWN.
He works in two performances as a clown, titled “Sogno di Mezzo” (Middle dream) and “Eroi in Fumo” (Dissolving Heroes) with the Company La Luna nel Pozzo from Ostuni (BR), directed by Robert McNeer.
He works as a permanent member of BARABAO teatro as actor in the plays “Aspettando Ercole” (Waiting for Hercules) and “VII: Non Rubare” (VII: thou shalt not steal) under the direction of Matteo Destro; “Patatrak” under the direction of Ted Keijser.
